EOLOS DESIGN LAB is a design and architecture studio in Stockholm, specializing in commercial interior architecture and integrated brand design.

1. use of the website
By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions as well as our Privacy and Cookie Policy. These comply with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and Swedish legislation including the Data Protection Act (2018:218).
You agree to use the website in a legal, professional and correct manner. Unauthorized use, modification or misuse of the content is prohibited. EOLOS reserves the right to take legal action in the event of unauthorized use.

All content on this website - including images, graphics, illustrations, trademarks and materials - is the property of EOLOS DESIGN LAB. No part may be reproduced, modified, distributed or used in any way without written permission from EOLOS.

EOLOS is not liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss that may arise from the use of the website. We do not guarantee continuous availability or freedom from technical errors. The website is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or completeness. 4. Terms and conditions for the Digital Staging service
1. free image
The first free image is available once per person and per company, with valid discount code. It is for evaluation purposes only and does not include any commercial rights. It may not be used in housing advertisements, on real estate portals, in advertising or in any other promotional material.
EOLOS reserves the right to refuse the discount code without giving reasons.
2. rights of use for images
Images produced under paid orders include full commercial rights for the client's own use on their own channels: website, real estate portals, social media and printed material.The images may not be resold, transferred to third parties or used outside the project for which they were ordered without written permission from EOLOS.
3. ownership of the original photograph
By submitting an image, the customer guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the photograph. EOLOS takes no responsibility for any consequences arising from the customer using images without having the required rights.
4. Quality of the result
The final result depends on the quality of the original photograph. EOLOS is not responsible for limited results caused by images with poor lighting, low resolution or difficult angles.
5. audits
The price per image includes one audit. Additional revisions are quoted separately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. nature of the service
The images produced are digital visualizations for marketing purposes. They do not constitute technical documentation, drawings or any form of design or construction commitment.
Privacy Policy
1. information we collect
We collect:
- Personal information (name, email, telephone) when you contact us

5. Data Sharing and International Processing
We do not sell your data. In order to carry out our services, project data and contact details may be processed within our international network (including a collaborative studio in Spain) for design and project management purposes. All transfers are made in accordance with GDPR and internal security agreements.
Payments are handled by Stripe, Inc. When you place an order, your payment details are transmitted securely to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Depending on the payment method chosen - card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna - additional terms from the respective provider may apply. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
6. Data security
We take appropriate security measures, although no system is completely flawless.
