Commercial interior design · Gothenburg
Gothenburg is not a small Stockholm. And that's what makes it interesting.
Gothenburg has an industrial tradition, a large university sector and a fast-growing creative scene. Haga, Norra Älvstranden, Linnéstaden and Avenyn each run their own version of the Gothenburg market — with different customers, different expectations and a design culture that is not identical to Stockholm. We design commercial premises in Gothenburg that work for that market, not a copied Stockholm standard.

4,50%
prime CBD yield in Gothenburg — the investment market is active and well-designed premises are retaining their tenants
4,500 SEK
per m²/year for prime CBD offices in Gothenburg — rising office rents drive demand for quality interior design
Hyatt + Scandic
New hotels will open in Gothenburg in 2025–2026, raising the bar for what hospitality design should deliver
North Riverside
one of Europe's largest urban transformation projects — new commercial volume requiring design from the ground up
Gothenburg by district
Same city, four different market logics
What works in Haga does not necessarily work in Norra Älvstranden. Design on Avenyn speaks a different language than design in Linnéstaden. Understanding these differences is a prerequisite for making the right design for the right context.
Haga and Linnaeus
Restaurants, cafes and shops with a local and creative identity. The customer here is discerning but price-elastic if the experience justifies it. Design that communicates authenticity and craftsmanship — not volume.
North Riverside
Newly built, international and technology-oriented. Offices for tech and media companies, modern coworking concepts and F&B on the ground floor. Workplace design with a focus on productivity, culture and WELL criteria.
Avenue and Center
Hotels, flagship stores and restaurants with volume and visibility. The design needs to be consistent across all channels — the venue, website and social profile should speak the same language.
Mölndal and Kungsbacka
Clinics, offices and business premises in Gothenburg's southern corridor. Lower rent level but a customer that compares with Stockholm standards.
What we design in Gothenburg
All commercial segments, one team
Hotels and accommodation
Hyatt Place, Scandic Go and new boutique hotels are raising the bar. Existing hotels need to be renovated to keep up.
Restaurants and bars
Gothenburg has one of Sweden's strongest restaurant climates. The design determines whether the atmosphere lasts throughout the evening.
Offices and coworking
Norra Älvstranden and Lindholmen drive Gothenburg's tech and media scene. The office environment is a recruiting argument.
