Case study
Premium Property Improvement [A75]
EOLOS DESIGN LAB led the strategic transformation of a 120 sq m corner apartment in a premium district. The assignment was to transform a dated object into a high-profile asset of international standard.
Industry: Real Estate Investment & Housing
Services:
Complete renovation, Property development, Interior architecture

Challenge and goal
The property had an excellent location (High-End District) but an inefficient floor plan. The goal was to optimize the value of the asset by:
- Eliminate dark corridors and dead spaces that lowered value.
- Move social spaces towards the light and the street to attract buyers in the luxury segment.
- Create a “turnkey” product with international standards.
- Balance modern requirements with the property's classic character.

Solution
A total rearrangement of the floor plan with a focus on light and flow.
Layout & Zoning
Inversion of the floor plan: kitchen and living room were moved to the corner facing the street, bedroom facing the quiet courtyard.
Construction & Structure
Demolition of load-bearing walls (with reinforcement) to create open sight lines and space.
Materials & Finishes
Use of exclusive natural materials such as breathable clay paint (adobe) and solid wood for a timeless feel.
Project management
Swedish project management of local production to ensure quality and budget.

Results and effectst
The transformation resulted in:
- A significant increase in the value of the property.
- A modern, light-filled home that respects the building's history.
- An optimized flow that maximizes every square meter.
- A healthy living environment thanks to natural material choices.

”The A75 shows how we bridge the gap between Nordic quality requirements and local market conditions – an optimized investment in every detail.”
