Challenge and goal
- Create an intimate atmosphere in a room with hard surfaces and high ceilings.
- Ensure efficient service flow between kitchen and dining room.
- Use materials that age beautifully and withstand wear and tear.

Solution
Materiality
We chose a palette of raw wood, linen and ceramics to give a tactile feel.

Lighting strategy
Spot lighting above the tables creates a room-within-a-room feel and intimacy.

Acoustics
Integration of hidden acoustic panels and textiles to dampen the sound level.
