The goal was to position EOLOS as an international player (“Big Firm”) despite an agile structure. We needed:

• Balancing technical rigor (“Lab”) with human warmth (“Lifestyle”).
• Design a structure that validates our capacity in both Sweden and Spain.
• Ensure high performance and clear conversion.
