Creative and culturally charged. Restaurants, cafes and shops with a strong local identity. The customer here rewards authenticity and punishes sophistication. Design should feel well thought out \u2014 not constructed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kungsholmen and Liljeholmen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Growing office and residential markets with lower rents but rising expectations. Room to differentiate \u2014 but customers still compare to inner-city standards.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
