To transform a small space into a premium experience that justifies a higher daily rate. The goals were:
- Create functional zones (sleeping, eating, working) in limited space.
- Ensure material selection that can withstand high wear and tear (Hospitality requirements).
- Design for “Instant Appeal” on booking platforms.
- Optimize operating economics through smart solutions.

A concept based on “Compact Living Luxury” with a focus on balance and materiality.
Concept & Layout
Strategic planning to free up floor space. Site-built storage was integrated to maximize volume.

Choosing a calm, monochrome color scheme that makes the room feel larger, combined with durable textiles.
