Commercial interior design · Stockholm
Stockholm is Sweden's toughest market. Your location needs to work just as hard as you do.
Stockholm's inner city has Sweden's highest rents, the most intense competition and the most aesthetically demanding customers. What works in a regional center does not work in Östermalm, Stureplan or the CBD. We design commercial premises in Stockholm for that market — not a generic standard applied to the wrong context.

Stockholm by segment
What the market demands right now
Stockholm 2025 is a market in recovery with selective demand. Customers pay more for the right things — but are quicker than ever to choose the wrong things. Here are the segments that are moving right now.
Hotel
Ruby Stockholm, Thon Hotel Vasa and Sheraton are investing to reposition themselves. Boutique hotels without a clear design identity are losing out to the newcomers. The renovation cycle is underway.
Restaurants
The slaughterhouse area, Vasastan and Östermalm are counting openings per quarter. Competition is high — design is the difference between a restaurant that fills and one that struggles.
Office
The CBD vacancy rate is 7.5% and the prime rent is 9,800 SEK/m²/year. Scaleups and growth companies looking to recruit the best are investing in the office as an argument — not a cost.
Retail
Biblioteksgatan and Stureplan. Retail investment +40% YoY. Stores that win against e-commerce do so on experience — not on assortment or price.
Wellness
Hagastrand opened with a 2,500 m² spa. The Dock with 1,400 m². Wellness environments in Stockholm now compete on the same design level as hospitality.
Clinics
Private healthcare in Stockholm is growing. Clinics that charge private prices need an environment that motivates them — otherwise they will face price resistance no matter how skilled they are.
Stockholm by district
Where in Stockholm is the project?
Östermalm, Stureplan and the CBD require a different design language than Södermalm, Vasastan or Kungsholmen. What communicates correctly in one place may communicate incorrectly in another. We know the difference.
Östermalm and Stureplan
Stockholm's premium corridor. Rents at record highs, customers with high expectations and zero tolerance for half-baked. The design must match its neighbors — Chanel, Hugo Boss, Filippa K — without copying them.
CBD and Norrmalm
Office and hospitality focus. 9,800 SEK/m²/year. Companies that rent here pay to communicate seriously — the office is an argument against candidates, customers and investors.
Södermalm and Vasastan
Creative and culturally charged. Restaurants, cafes and shops with a strong local identity. The customer here rewards authenticity and punishes sophistication. Design should feel well thought out — not constructed.
Kungsholmen and Liljeholmen
Growing office and residential markets with lower rents but rising expectations. Room to differentiate — but customers still compare to inner-city standards.
