Business Development Assistant

Research, exploration and commercial support for design and architecture projects.

We are looking for an organized, curious and proactive person who can identify opportunities, build and maintain prospect lists, support follow-up and help us open new conversations with potential customers.

EOLOS DESIGN LAB is looking for a Business Development Assistant to work directly with the founding architects on new project opportunities in Sweden and internationally.

You'll be involved in prospecting, client communication, quotation work and relationship building from day one.

You will:

  • Identify potential clients: real estate investors, developers, hospitality operators, commercial companies and brokers
  • Initiate contact and follow up on prospects
  • Prepare proposal materials, pitch decks and presentation content
  • Supporting founders in client meetings and presentations
  • Maintain CRM with contacts, interactions and pipeline status
  • Monitor RFPs, RFQs and project opportunities
  • Represent the studio at events and industry meetings when needed
  • Building relationships with brokers, consultants and partners
  • Present the studio's visualization and digital staging services to brokers and developers
  • Prepare regular pipeline reports

What we are looking for:

  • Background in architecture, design, real estate or related field
  • Experience in business development, sales or client-facing roles (2+ years meritorious)
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and oral)
  • Fluency in Spanish or Greek is a great advantage
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Adobe Creative Cloud and basic quote production
  • Ability to hold professional conversations with high-level decision-makers
  • Self-organized and capable of managing multiple business opportunities at different stages

Location Remote with flexibility. Presence in Stockholm is a plus.
