The Slakthusområdet, Vasastan and Östermalm are counting new openings per quarter. In this competition, a well-prepared dish is necessary but not sufficient. The design determines whether the guest will book a table next time or choose the neighbor instead. We design restaurants and bars that give the guest a reason to choose you — and to tell them about it.
What the design actually does
The guest doesn't just pay for the food. They pay for the experience of being in the venue.
Ambience, acoustics, lighting, table placement and material selection affect how long guests stay, how much they order and whether they return. These are not soft values – they are factors that directly affect turnover per square meter.
Turnover per table
Table density, aisle flow, and seating arrangement determine how many covers you take in an evening. Incorrect layout can cost 15–20% of capacity without you noticing.
The cut note
A venue that communicates premium quality gives staff the mandate to recommend more expensive options. The guest accepts a higher price when the room matches their expectations.
Organic reach
A restaurant with a photo-worthy room generates a flood of social media images that no marketing budget can buy. It's the cheapest marketing there is.
Return visit frequency
